- If u have many terms starting with the same letter, before each term there is an anchor tag with the attribute name and its value is the letter (shouldn't this be used once before all the elements starting with this letter, since each term has another anchor tag before it with the name attribute and its value is an integer) apart from this an anchor tag with the previous letter as the value of the name attribute is inserted again before the anchor tag of the current letter for each term starting with the current letter.
- Validation:: unable to validate this document because on lines 357-445, 450-539 it contained one or more bytes that I cannot interpret as utf-8.
