Hi everybody

Just few hours ago, I had the Mandrake CDs and I have intalled them on free space on one of my partitions. during installation I chose no passward and didn't enter username or passward - after I finshed installation it asked me to enter username and passward and doesn't allow me to access, what should I do?

by default linux creates a us

by default linux creates a user account "root" so you should use that as the user name. if you didn't provide a password during installation then it should be bkank or maybe mandrake has a default pass
