Dear Group members

Egyshare is newly established association working in the technology, social, and cultural activities in Alexandria.

We are installing our new formal association after about three years of working under other associations "ELHLAL ELA7MER, and SDA"

We consider the technology field through a number of engineers working in different fields of science and Technology including IT industry.

We need the help of eglug group members to hold an entry training for our members in Alexandria.

One of our board members Said Ezz Eldin attended your last conference that was in Cairo.

We would like to get assistance from you in our first linux steps

for further info.

It is a group of technology interested that want to make a team work to have the know-how of any technology that is needed in Egypt. In other words the country pays much money for that technology, so we are trying to save that.

Because our view has ethical tendency, we decided to have social service group and cultural activity beside our technology interests.

SHARE:

AAT "Alliance of Advanced Technology"

SSG "Social Service Group"

CDS "Cultural Development Society"

AAT: It is our area of intersection between share and eglug it covers three main activities: Training, Fabrication and Integration, Consultancy.

Training: we have made courses in Red Crescent Association "Elhelal ELA7MAR" in HTML, Site Design Life Cycle, and COMPTIA A+ Hardware.

Now we are working to put our tracks in different fields as a prototype for Egyptian technology certification standard in:

Instrumentation and Automation

Information Technology

Industrial Electricity

Industrial Mechanics

Industrial Process

Industrial Business

We already put the first track (Instrumentation and Automation), and we are in the phase of second (IT) and third (Electricity), so we need your assistance in the second one as you are one of the FOSS specialists in Egypt. N.B we are ready to hold our First PLC "Programmable Logic Controller" course for fresh graduate engineers next summer ISA.

Fabrication and Integration:

Working in producing the car ignition circuit board instead of importing it.

Working in Assembling Egyptian AAT Notebooks in cooperation with Intel as we are IPI "Intel Product Integrator"

Consultancy: We offer our services for both NGOs and companies to help in getting the right software solutions, and hardware infrastructure. Also we have web designers and we achieved many projects. Now we are trying to get experience in building ERPs for NGOs or Companies.

Thank you and hope to hear from you soon

i'm sorry for being late in that reply.. as my last discussion in thursday between me and Mr.Ahmed and Mr.Said, i guess the first step will be to hold a beginner course for SHARE Egypt members themselves.. introducing them to FOSS and GNU/LINUX and teach them the installation and the basic usage just as the first alex couse. so the point now is how many people of SHARE stuff will attend this course? does SHARE got a computer lab to teach in it? and when you want to start? i guess the course should be 2 weeks, 3 times per week, 2 hours each.. what do you guys think?
