3. I know that Apache need restarting while the site was down,and I mailed this to Alaa(there was reason for that)

This is becoming a personal attack and/or a flame war.

I stated my opinion as a LUG meber not as an admin.

Diaa didn't have the root password for the server so he can't restart apache.

Youssef didn't leave the adminship for diaa, He left it because he didn't have time.

again: THE ADMIN POSITION IS A PURE TECHNICAL POSITION TO TAKE CARE OF THE WEB SITE, IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ORGANIZING EVENTS AND THE COMMUNITY HAS THE RIGHTS TO JUDGE THE ADMIN TEAM AT ANY TIME.

I'd suggest an early re-election. That way everyone will have a fair chance. The introduction to adminship session is a nice idea too.

I suggest I make a new poll of no confidence in the current team. If there's no clear objections to this move within 6 hours I'm posting the poll and I'll keep it up one week.
