i ve tried wine in terminal i wrote :wine the program name then it looks in c:\windows\system32 module not found should i create this folder? how???

From my experience , wine
From my experience , wine first looks for the "program" under the current working path and if it doesn't find it , it attempts to find it under that path you mention "c:\windows\system32"
so in short that error means Wine didn't find the program under the current directory, make sure it is there and that you spelled it correctly.
