Salamoo Alikooooo,
I need any proxy server software which have a GUI configuration Tool.
I read about the Squid Proxy Server but it hasn't afaik.
can any one help me?

no server comes with a GUI in the GNU/Linux world, but you may find seperate programs that work as simplified interfaces to help configure your servers.

for instance Mandrake has wizards to help you with the initial steps in configuring any server (note just the initial steps).

there is a very popular tool called WebMin that presents and easy to use webinterface to many administration and server configuration tasks.

don't know if webmin will help with squid, search freshmeat maybe you'll find another frontend, but sooner or later you'll find you need to learn how to do it by hand.
