what has ever happenned that caused a raving war which led to total distruction on the irc channel ? in my experience nothing, actually it was really rare for tension to conquer the air there, and when it happenned it was NOT for someone using some word or another, or for violating the egyptian law, or even for hate speech, the few occasions i can remember occured due to very ordinary conflicts in points of view (which this or any aup wouldn't protect anyone from) or due to sevre stupidity from one or a few individuals. in fact almost always everyone on the channel is considerate and everyone usually knew where to stop , and using the so-called inappropriate words has never or really rarely crossed the line of being an ordinary joke, even when it happennd (let me say it again , very rarely), people who didn't like it alot (including me ) just managed to get over it somehow and things was smooth (open mindness, comon sense, anybody?). and yes, i witnessed all the occasions upon which applying the aup in the channel is considered unavoidable, now this could take another post but in conclusion, oh well, the site AUP doesn't allow me to speak it here >:) (would include personal attacks, perhaps bad words, violating the egyptian laws, and who knows) .... so, what you guys are doing here is unjustifiable imo, and if it means anything it's only that we've become addicted to rules. this is not good, and it will probably turn more people away from the channel than it would attract, or at the very least will make the channel a dull and uneasy place.

سيغلق باب التصويت غدا، وفقا لقواعد المجموعة نحتاج لأغلبية لا تقل عن ثلثي الأصوات للوصول الي قرار و أشك في امكانية تحقيق هذا.

مما يعني وجوب تكرار التصويت بعد رفع الاختيار الحاصل على أقل عدد من الأصوات، الا اذا كان لدى المجموعة رغبة في اعادة صياغة التعديل.
