voting procedure is the same as described in the charter except instead of simple polls we'll use ranking polls.

this means that by default its 10 days unless someone requests it be longer before voting starts and the community agrees.

if the minimum number of votes is not met the poll is left open for another polling period (thats 10 more days), if after the second period the minimum is not reached yet a third period we should decide wether to continue with a third and final period or cancel elections.

I skimmed through everything didn't find the 10days thing .. ok me bad anyways. 10 days meen 240 hours from opening the vote. can the module close by itself

we need to move this discussion in one place

closing it automaticaly is not a good idea, the module does no understand our minimal number of votes system.

it will be closed manually according to the rules in the charter.
