I need your help in my new system

Hi EGlugers, I am a new user for linux ubuntu 9.10,i want your help io install netscape-navigator-9.0.0.6.tar.gz and nrg2iso-0.4.tar.gz ,i find it hard to me to install this programs

why netscape navigator?

Netscape navigator is obsolete and it has lots of security issues, if you need to use it then it's highly recommended to get seamonkey, the old netscape with some security fixes. This one you can get from the apt repos 


sudo apt-get install seamonkey

or if you want it unbraded (mozilla trademark removed) then get iceape instead of seamonkey 


sudo apt-get install iceape

and about nrg2iso it's available in the apt repos too, you can install it be typing 


sudo apt-get install nrg2iso
