Need help in installing my printer HP 1020 laserjet This modle not available in the printer's list at Mandrake or SUSE when I try to install the printer ... the Linux find it very easly and show the model correctely but could not install it since it gives me an option to chiose one model of the available list but it does not work out. once the Linux asked to put the BDF file which available in the manufaturer CD but when I tried that I got a message that the said BDF file is not matching the printer data which the Lunix did read ... ??? Please help

try 1010

never saw the 1020 but the 1010 works perfectly, try forcing cups to use the 1010 driver.
