GUYS .. about the T-shirts .. All will be X-Large unless you write here you need a "Large" ..
We'll check your final decision maximum by Wednesday isA ..
Resources:

Fliers: 10,000 flyer A5, 4 colors: To be distributed: 5,000 in front of el mogamma3 el nazary, 3,000 in front of faculty of engineering, 2,000 in front of medical faculties. The verified design is here.=> done -
Posters: 250 Poster A3, 4 colors.cancelled due to legal concerns. - Banners: 2 Banners with stand, plus 1 banner 180x60 at the entrance.
- T-shirts: 50 t-shirt printed with eglug logo( size L & XL ). the design is available, the svg

Printed CD's: 1000 Printed CD containing the customized ubuntu cd that will be made. The verified design in here.
Cost
- flyer #10000 4 colour = 750 L.E + 10%

Poster # 250 4 Colour = 350 L.E - Banner 80*2 = 300 L.E with stand
- Banner180*60 = 180 L.E
- 50 printed T-Shit = 825 L.E

the prices seem to be high
the prices seem to be high and expensive I printed for less than that last fest .. dunno about the banner but I think I can print it to for less than that not sure yet ..
and for the T-shirts I know a better on than the one we used to print T-shirts whit him .. and for much less money and higher quality the logo is unchanged after many washes not like the one we used to print with him the logo dissapeard after one wash !! and the old one charged us for 30 LE per T-shirt !!
I said I can help with T-shirts on IRC many times .. and I may attend the fest.. but not so sure yet .. so I need one to pick up things if I can't make it to alex

Here is my Update I could
Here is my Update I could have white blank T-shirts for 6 or 7 LE per T-Shirt and I could print it with approximately 3 LE per T-shirt I could provide like 50 T-shirt to cut down the cost.. I know that we aren't going to use them all but we can use them later or I could print less than that maybe 20 one .. but I need to know what sizes we are talking about .. most of ppl wear x-large some xx-large and other xxx-large I need to know how much we need from each size .. ppl who need t-Shirts post your sizes .. only the ppl who are going to show up and contribute to the FEST i'm not going to print T-shirts for names that will never appear or will appear for the sake of a free T-shirt ..
I don't have enough info yet about the paper printing but by 2moro I'll have enough info and prices ..

wait till noon I'll get the prices .. those seem to be expensive .. and we don't need 115 gram paper do we ?

no we don't need 115 gram
no we don't need 115 gram we may use less, but we need the printing to be good enough (the sponsors are counting on the flayers and posters with their logos).
please provide the prices along with how much time will it take to print.

sorry for the silly comment but u have said today in the meeting that any one who needs a tshirt with size different than x-large have to say that in the wiki.... so i need a large sized tshirt not x-large... thanks

Here our situation now I can't find T-shirts with half sleeves cause we are on winter !! Ok why this is a problem cause on the different sizes the sleeves differ If you wear x-large you can wear Large on half sleeves without problem but on full sleeves the sleeve will be short on your rest ...
so that's what I'm going to do .. today will be the last day I'll search for half sleeves T-shirts if I didn't find any or enough of them .. I'll buy Full Sleeves T-shirts with those sizes
