سيقوم علاء بإلقاء جلسة عن الجنو/لينوكس لبعض نشطاء حقوق الانسان فى مركز دعم التنمية بالدقى. ستبدأ الجلسة فى الرابعة عصرا, و ستشمل النقاط التالية:

  • نظرة سريعة على مبادئ البرمجيات الحرة و فلسفة المصادر المفتوحة (خلفية تاريخية)
  • مقدمة عن نظام التشغيل جنو/لينوكس (نظرة عامة)
  • تثبيت جنو/لينوكس
  • الاستخدامات الأساسية لسطح المكتب فى جنو/لينوكس
  • استخدام البرمجيات الحرة فى التنمية و حقوق الانسان
  • نظرة سريعة على الفرص التى يوفرها الجنو/لينوكس (أفكار للاستخدام)
  • الانخراط فى مجتمع البرمجيات الحرة (مصادر الدعم)

Alaa will give a GNU/Linux session for Human Rights activists in the Developement Support Center in Dokki. The session will start at 4:00 p.m. and it will include the following points:

  • Brief look at the ideals of Free Software and the Open Source philosophy (historical overview)
  • Introduction to the GNU/Linux platform (overview)
  • Installing GNU/Linux
  • Basic GNU/Linux desktop usage
  • Free Software in development and human rights (issues and uses)
  • Brief look at opportunities GNU/Linux provides (usage ideas)
  • Fitting within a Free Software community (sources of support)

I called,

Me: Hey, blablaaaa ... saw on the net balblaaa, want to come, how can I ..

Them: Sure yea ...something something...

then Them asked me, enta fein ...

Me: fein ezay

Them: fein work

Me: I work for a SW firm

Them: we sent invitation ...

So I think this means I won't come, good luck to all the human right activist in egypt
