What about organizing our wiki to be on categories on the same schema

I can see that the Miscellaneous section is the most confusing part, it may be easy to submit the page on this section,but it will cost you time to find it back ,what about eliminate the misc. and let us name it NEED A category
may we use need a category to be the parent of articles that need a new category(lazy people)?
