Lets put your argument that you don't know "these people" on the side for now. It is your problem. But lets read in your supremacist assertion that the "majority" do not know the members, which implies that you wilfully discriminate and enjoy deliniating the distinction between minority and majority groups in general. People like you join hate groups.

The small number of people who did meet some of the above candidates, were the first to vote. Also, the ones who did build for themselves an opinion, based on the electronic representation of those candidates on this website, were eager to vote.

Between the last question and this statement is an answer you didn't write. Probably, you didn't have good logical and complete answer to. But, you still want to prove something. And thus you have built a statement on top of the answer that you yourself are unsure of.

In the same post that you are revealing that you are indifferent to eglug community and never bothered to be involved to know its members. You are using the possesive form "OUR" to refer to eglug community.

And about the "ridiculous burreaucracy", I assume that you live in Egypt, if so you probably know what real "burreaucracy" looks like. But if it is really truly beauraucratic system, then its a small price to pay for acheiving democracy and avoiding despotism.

Just because we need management, doesn't mean we need a manager! I honestly believe we don't have the size for it, plus a major objective of technology is to enable and empower ppl to assume many roles and reduce the need for technical position (one where most/all decisions are structured)

I agree on the empowering ppl part. But the first assertion is detached from reality. A website should be maintained. Members entrusted to maintain it should be recruited. And every member have the opportunity to become part of the "management". If he/she wishes to spare some of his time to it and succedes in gaining a level of trust from other colleagues she/he are more than welcome.

Please allow us to have real smart principles that we would be proud to defend.
