Wall PapersSorry Guys this is really sound strange .. but now we have about 28 volunteer in the next installfest and thats really very good and now we depent on them and the fest depend on there work.. ok what if some ppl was just talky ? ( i don`t mean someone exactly i`m just talking in general ) and didn`t show that day and his/her name was on the list ? without a real good resone ? i guess we should block that ID from the website .. i donn if u agree on that or not . may be i`m wrong but i`m just having brain storm with u here guys.

u got it tottaly wrong .. 1st yes it`s will make more load on other volunteers in the event .. and if any volunteer resigned from the event it`s ok .. if any voulnteer wasn`t able to come and posted comment or somehting that him/her wasn`t able to come thats ok too .. whom i mean is someone his/her name on the list and didn`t show up at all in the event without post or telling that he/she will not come.

please stop treating eglug as a school.
if someone does something wrong (eglug work wise) feel free to talk about it on the forum without resorting to personal attacks.

ok
what about i don't respect volunteers page ? what i mean with this post we have depend on someone and he/she wasn't ad el mas2oliha and did't recpect me as a volunteer and post that he/she will not be able to come.... anyway may be ur right may be i'm right.. i was just having brain storm as i said and there is was no exactly anybody in my mind.

there is a big difference
between someone wasting the time of a volunteer, and a volunteer not showing up.
and we should judge these things as they come anyway, we had cases like this before and it was dealt with inside the community without need to make complex rules and punishment.
don't intimidate people, try to be open to all contributions no matter how small, live with the posibility of a few bad apples in order to gain many good apples.
and remember people can change don't exclude them early on.

hmmm.
the decision isn't for me on this one. but i definetly refuse this. If i volunteer to do something than i shouldn't be punished if i don't do it. for those who don't show up .... not being there is enough loss i suppose. such negative measures makes this more like ... a burden really. Not everybody here is as dedicated to this as the core members. If that's not ok. then maybe the l33t-a$$ egyptian nix hax0rz group isn't right for me.
