صعب أوي موضوع التدريب المفتوح ده , متنساش ان احنا ضيوف و "يا بخت من زار وخفف" , غير كده موضوع التدريب المفتوح ده هيحتاج موافقات كتير "أمن و عميد و خلافه" و هيبطىء العملية أوي ده اذا مشي أصلا , ده طبعا اذا افترضنا انه مقبول أصلا.

من الأخر أنا شايف انه مستحيل -في الفترة ديه على اﻷقل- اننا نفكر في تدريب مفتوح.

أرجو بس ان النقاش مينحرفش بعيد عن الموضوع الرئيسي , في تدريب مطلوب مننا و مطلوب متطوعين.

we have to ask our selves what the community gonna get from that.. more admins, we don`t need more admins we need more users..

No one here is forced to do any thing, and i don`t ask any one not to do any thing..

but please i need to understand .. why!!

bunch of windows admins need private training so we harry up to do it....

they are NOT univ profs or students that's their job..

coz he working at the univ that change nothing..

well i know windows admin at company need Linux training.. if he offered place and devices will you do it for free...

i would prefer give 10 students that training.

well i need to know your opinion about that and i mean eglug members.

1. Entity X needs training/help/whatever for whatever reasons.
2. They post on EGLUG
3. People see if they feel like it or not.
4. Volunteers decide their own definition of volunteering
5. Volunteers decide to organize something or ignore it.

Now let me discuss some of your points:

1. Why are you objecting to this ?
2. Why do you think the migration won't happen ?

Well i will begin with the 3 question you thought you won`t get an answer for them...

I am objecting coz no one suggested azhr Eng students attend that training, if it as dr drsh said impossible for open training i think its so easy for students to do so as it in azhr eng facilities and that location serve azhr students in the first place not people working their.....

and i said be4 that i don`t ask any one not to do any thing.. so we agree on that point...( every one has his own reasons)

-coz i know them, i know people working for azhr univ i know Profs their i know admins at Dar El Efta. I hope its gonna happen but for the VOIP thing I am 100% sure that won`t happen..

-when that guy from the unit asked for VOIP -may be its dr drsh suggestion but it seemed that unit admin asked for it-, and i knew that will never happen i got feeling that it isn't for migration the UNIT, HE WANNA training. and there is nothing wrong on that..! but please don`t make us look like fools..

-I am not angry coz you are gonna do it, I am not angry coz he gonna get it.. I am angry coz we get nothing in return, If it won`t be open training why you don`t invite azhr students to do so.. its their place after all..Its community UNIV, The training should be for the student and that guy attend it with them not then opposite... But i think you won`t find big number of students looking for those specific training topics,

and that guy have no write to run training or session their without permission.. If he can get permission for him self, then he can get another one for 10 students any 10 students- 5 students....

-You have to build the community base first, from it you will get gifted professionals, they will be talented and better than (made for need professionals)

أنا أقدر أقدم أي من المواضيع الثلاثة لكن مينفعنيش غير يوم السبت.

كمان خبرتنا السابقة بتقول أن الأفضل تواجد اثنين مدربين لتقسيم العمل بس طبعا دي خاضعة لعدد المتطوعين (مش لازم المدرب الثاني يكون خبرته بالموضوع أو التدريب واسعة طالما المدرب الأساسي متمكن).
