Here's an IRC/X-Chat HowTo that would be a good start, it just needs translation.

We already got an introduction to IRC http://www.eglug.org/irc

Or do you mean one in arabic? Maybe someone would translate it.

this is the result of a wiki link coming out of the wiki front page, so yeah it should be in arabic, but please feel free to edit and link to the IRC article and add a note asking for translation.
