But my suggestions she is
creat data base in linux opreating system with (kylix) and anetwork to 3 computers ( to my collage)
The breviary of the idea is
1- install linux (Fedora) to the 3 computers
2- connect the computers with anetwork
3-creat The accounts system with delphi to computer1 and the student specialization system to computer 2 and register system to computer 3 but the system in computer 3 cann't update and A modification just view the inquiries and the report's
4- The formation of a book that book I want to Write feed the steps are for building of this system and the name of the book is (Build An university system in linux )

kylix & delphi & pascal is not the linux way
so you are trying to do a windowz way in linux this is not a good idea
