on you little script , one thing to mention , this can and is a security breach if existed at your webserver , allowing the world to have a web shell with the user nobody or else is a breach ,besides i kinda get intimidated by system calls from CGIs , be careful .

i have coded that script 2 do what u have just sayed ;)

by the way
u can stop anything like this script by editing the php.ini and turn on the safe mode

or by forcing users to run php scripts with there user id, as a lot of php scripts needs safe mode = off.

by many ways one of them is to run your php scripts as CGI and use suExec .

i have understanded that i have 2 edit the apache.conf
can u plez till me wich line
