what the hell is goin on? today the connection has sucked all day long, i can't connect to a single edonkey server and getting the kernel from a fast mirror doesn't go over 1.2kb/s (i used to get over 4.5-5.5kb/s from that mirror!!!!)
also on gkrellm2 my total speed never goes over 3kb/s, i tried 5 diff isps and all the same except 07770555 which was normal for awhile then went down.
anyone have ideas?

I'm also having porblems with the dial-up for almost 4 days...
The dialup servers aren't that stable.

Is it in Alex only ??

Sometimes dialup problems are caused by TE, not the ISPs themselves.

I was in Elsahel Elshamali for about a week. I noticed this slow internet from many cafe. I didn't get online for a second. Too bad for Alex for such slow connections. I hope that DSL could get into Alex.

OUT of TOPIC,

A friend in the forum told me that DSL wasn't supported in the central he is dependent on. Possibly not all centrals in Alex support DSL yet.
