Since riddles are pouring out and no one can stop it and everyone enjoys trying the solution, I suggest we make a new section or subsection in any section that is called riddles (Shaghal mokhak). What do you think?

I even suggested just adding "riddle:" to the thread's name but nobody agreed on such an easy solution.

How wierd is it for a LUG to have a riddle section?

Can we also have a maternity forum and a forum for all the Swahili speakers too?

this is not a favoritism for linux-egypt but really this group and this forum is different :)

this also the opinion from ppl out side egypt and there posts still in the forum ;)

I did use your idea, also I think its alot better then making a new forum, cos maybe soon we will stop posting riddles or start posting jokes :) or any thing else we can't have a forum for every thing that we post thats why we have the General Chat forum!

IMO everything unrelated to linux should be placed in the General Forum... why ?

Because ONLY linux stuff will be posted frequently.. But - as moh said - what shall we do if ppl started posting jokes for example ? A joke forum too ??

I agree with both m0h and ShErbO.

When it starts raining jokes as it is raining riddles now we'll just add "joke:" to the name of the joke threads

I guess that having a Community chat section is for that kind of jokes and riddles. I think that mohamed has choosen the right position to create a sub-section in. I think it is not bad to change if the change is for being better. Don't u agree?

What I mean is if we made a forum for riddles and forum for jokes and one for proverbs and so on we may end up having non linux related forums more than the linux ones

with all my respect for all of you , but there is no way to compare between

(logical/mathematical) riddles forum and jokes (or any other swahili chat :D) forum

when i post the riddle of two sticks (burning) i was inteded to refresh our brains,

finding solutions for the riddles , is an amazing way for strengthen the way of thinking and the ability of imagination

the riddle it self is a kind of hiding the solution made by another person ,

in some times that person is one of the greatest mind in the history for example Pythagoras square (in shaa ALLAH i will post athread about it)

so when you try to get the solution you will rise your level of thinkig , and enhance your creation skills

ma shaa ALLAH we have many programmers , web designers , and other professionals , i think

this forum will give us our special characteristic , and i hope it will help us all

I'm not comparing any thing here but both are not related to linux, I used jokes as an example but there are alot of important things like riddles that are not related to linux.
