I just test Arabbix 0.8
it's very great
1- it just pick the best conf for example
it uses a real nVidia driver(accelerated) not the Xfree one
without touching any conf

also I test it with Sis and ATI

2- it has a fully arabeyesed (with a z not s)
it has great arabic font like free 7or
3- it's gimp is smashing great
4- it has sodipodi
5- it has many many packages pre-installed it's not a tiny 1CD distro it's a real full distro (without KDE)
like the huge Open office
6- XMMS and Xine are there too
7- A very nice mouse cursors(animated) and themes
