All the CVs we ve now r for ppl who rarely no something about Linux. Besides that most r not professional CVs at all. There was a CV that looked like an advertisement. It reflects that this person is not professional at all or dnt know how to apply for a professional job. :(

uniball

Here we go!
Hoping for the Future! :-)
PS.
I did use redhat before, But what I really hate about them is that they don't
include a 2.2 kernel since my IDE controller hang with 2.4 ones "below
2.4.21rc1"!

m_zohny
i'm certified linux (LPI) and certified UNIX (AIX administration),
but i've no working experience in that field, can i send my CV??

I don't think sattia has specified a certain university education.
Anyone that can do that job, can apply.
I am not speaking for sattia, but i think his post was clear.

the final cut
i send u my CV , actually i have experience with win2000 administration , and installation , i work with RHL about 1 year ago in a samll LAN (20 pcs) some of them r windows 2000 servers. do u think that the basics of administration r 2 close wether its with windows 2000 or RHL?

I love networks and i want 2 learn more and more especially that i know there is no native networks in the field , always there is a compaination between Linux or Unix and windows 2000.

thx

i think in these jobs they only care about their need to be satisfied right ?

walla beydo2o 3la el shahada ?

btw ma3andekosh sho3`lana le "he" elly ana 7atto fel signature da ?:)

sattia
yes ^3aFrEt^ ur rite they need to satisfy their needs first
but also they require 'he' to be a college graduate at least
whether being an engineer or not is not a big deal as long as he is qualified for the job or meets the required skills
what about u did u finish ur study or not?

^3aFrEt^
i was talking in general

but "he" himself sure is grduated ...da beyel3ab fe mainframes ya3ny super super mission critical data - banks , ministries - :)

The way i see it, is whenever where-ever someone does his job well , he shines , and that is a universal rule , being in egypt , that is so easy , cos lots of people here tend to give less to their work ,thinking its some kind of a smart thing to do .

plot here is : there is a Very good chance for anyone in egypt who does his job right to come on surface quickly , the rest is how do we do our job right .
and that depends , but some tips on the subject

be initiative : dont wait for your BOSS or team to think of it , u do it first , say it < that only pumps up your position

be creative : if there is one smart new way , go for it , its a chance to prove yourself and let everyone knows ,ur brains still works :)

team work : team work sense is in everyone of us , but those who know/do it ,they too shine , no information keeper ever goes further , and there is lots of stuff i hear from my friends who work at several countries about team work , like teaching others, giving seminars , informing everyone ,.....

Thats all a Major thing at doing your work , reading is the key my brothers , we can get a lot of experience from others thru reading , and dont under estimate this ,before getting a job, thats how u prepare yourself , after getting one (ISA) thats how u improve it ;)

Good day ;)

linuxawy1980
that all comes after finding a job

problem is their are no jobs now ......:D
