how to get the I/O address for my PCI modem ?

BTW , it is US Robotics Voice PCI modem 56K

lspci -v (or from the BIOS). Are you sure it is not a PCI winmodem. Is its model type: 5886?

I/O address , i use

cat /proc/pci

there was no I/O address as i said
