i am a new linux user , i use redhat 7.2 , the taskbar ( k 'start' and the whole panel ) had disapeared ! after i loged out and log in again , it apears for a few minutes and then it disapeared again .
. please tell me how i can get it back ?

it disappears because it crashes (not an uncommon thing with KDE).
