since I started working with linux until now I couldn't use the webcam on it at all since there is no driver supporting it on linux,so I need an advice from anybody can tell me about any webcam brand he already used & it doesn't need any drivers &can be detected by the system,I already have intel easy pc camera & UBUNTU & KNOPPIX could detect it but they just could detect it's name with no values for the driver itself & when I browse the hardware I find it under unknown device with it's name,I need advice please. :confused:
