Salamo 3alaikom,
Note: It is good to be back.
Simply the messages you get when init runs tell you that services are run successfully. You should have seen xfs service running on boot time. Follow Mohamed's tip for the xfs starting. I advise you to make it start at boot time by running redhat-config-services as root and enable xfs to start at run levels 3, 4 and 5.
Note: You don't need to re-install Linux as in Windows.

well, help us to help you, so please answer the following questions.
Which version of Xfree86 you are using (3.3.6 or 4.2.x) ?
Which Desktop enviroment are you using (Gnome or KDE) ?
Did this happen after major installation or in normal daily usage ?
Which Display Manager are you using GDM, KDM or XDM ?
If one of the above managers, post the contents of the file /var/log/[x|k|g]dm.log ?
And also the contents of ~/.xsession-errors.log

Did this happen after major installation or in normal daily usage ?
#no in normal daily usage.
Which Display Manager are you using GDM, KDM or XDM ?
#GDM.
If one of the above managers, post the contents of the file /var/log/[x|k|g]dm.log ?

Ok, good.
Could you please check if /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fs/config exists.
If it exists may you attach it for us to take a look at ?
I hope if any of the Redhatters here could also compare to see if the file is similar to the default that comes with Redhat.
Meanwhile, to help you start your xserver ... WAIT ..when you invoke startx startkde, does X start ?
Ok, if not. Try adding those lines in your /etc/X11/XF86Config. Oop, well I forgot. Uniball, could you post your magic lines from you XF86Config, (the ones that could startx without xfs ?)
Also, could we have a look at your /etc/X11/XF86Config ?

Salamo 3alaikom,
Try to run redhat-config-xfree as root. This will re-configure X for you. Try it and let us know if it worked.
Salam.

You'll have to add:
Hmm. You want the whole file ?
Strange to find my bank account empty :-)
I'll mail you the file, But if you want it here i'll attach it here.

about /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fs/config you will find it in the attach.
and about /etc/X11/XF86Config also in the attach.
about startkde or startx trying to run the gui but return to the terminal and repeat it and i can't get the gui login screen.
about redhat-confing-xfree i tried it many times before but as you know it can't be run from init 3 and in init 5 during the few seconds in which i have terminal when i run it there is nothing but the prompt just in the begining of the line
about the configuration that uniball send is not like that in the configuration file as in the Section "Files" there is only
RgbPath "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/rgb"
[COLOR=blue]FontPath "unix/:7100"
and the rest of pathes are not found
but the modules is present but also my file has more complex codes as you will see the file in the attach.
thanks a lot

Yes your file is more complex because i didn't post my whole file.
try
ps aux | grep xfs
just to see if X is running.
P.S. Do you have free disk space ?
a_elhoseeny
asslam alycom
when uniball say free disk space i thought it the temp as my linux partition is 8G
and when i delete the temp i mean /temp/*
and startx it worked but something is funny, it is going to gnome although my default one is kde
anyway thank you all for help and interest
everything is well now
but i want to ask about how can i change my default desk top from text mode (i.e from files not gui) if it possible
thank you all again

I used to have this problem when i run out of space, And X fails to start, everytime i had to dig without remembering this simple solution: Clean the /tmp dir :-|
I don't know how to change the default DE, Redhatters can tell you.
