there was something bothering me and i was thinking about it for sometime

sometimes when we install a dist like mandy 9.1 we got silly bugs like the one with Whirlpool about the logout problem which i don't face and lots of mandrake 9.1 users face
and like my sound problem which i didn't face the last time i installed mandy 9.1 3 months ago

i was wondering what is the cause of those strange bug

i have a conclusion which may be right and may be 100% wrong
is that those bugs appears during the installing of the system
i mean that the installing of the alsa on my computer this time didn't went 100% correctly but there was a mistake during the installtion for some reason which caused the error i have
i mean that this error is not a bug in alsa or something wrong with my card but it is due to a mistake happened during the installtion
and maybe if i reinstalled alsa again now i won't face my probelm and if Whirlpool reinstalled his Login manager he won't face anyproblems



is that right?

Do you mean faults in fresh installs or with installation via terminal in already installed systems?
