So you see that it has nothing to do with being leftist, rightest, conservative, liberal, anarchist, etc. It has mainly to do with how one expresses herself, how much knowledge she has in what she is talking about, how rational and logical is she reasoning, etc.

Muthaqqaf Manfookh is therefore is someone who pretends to be Muthaqqaf but lacks all or most of the qualities mentioned above. And believe it or not, the Egyptian society is full of those.
