Manal and Alaa's bit bucket

The arabic localization wasn't enabled by default, no proplem I enabled it but every thing still in english although I'm using arabic as the default locale !

I thought that I should import the .po my self but after using the cvs version of the .po file there is many untranslated strings, is this the best solution? any ideas?
