Need help in many aspects concerning drupal

Submitted by samo on Wed, 25/01/2006 - 01:47.

What kind of wiki formatting does drupal support? it doesn't seem to support anything i tried.

How do i make a post in right-to-left on an english drupal (like the one manalaa provides for me)?

Is there a wysiwyg editor i can use before posting to drupal that supports unicode, bidi, etc.?

thanks

nope there are a couple of drupal modules that do this though, I can add one of them for you as long as you figure out on your own how to get them it to work (no support on my side ya3ni).

cheers, Alaa

try to post one question per page.

wiki formating tips can be read by following the link that says More information about formatting options and you could also check the article on eglug

I hack wiki module a bit and I really should update it's help page to reflect my hacks.

there is a wysiwyg editor go to administer->modules and enable the htmlarea module.

as for auto bidi, it is preconfigured to work with the wiki input type, and in fact it does work (I tested by previewing a comment, the order is correct), the thing is your theme forces a text-align left on all content so even though the text flows correctly from right to left it still aligns to the left edges (فاهم أي حاجة من كلامي الملخبط؟)

cheers, Alaa
