Manal and Alaa's bit bucket

I have notice that I lost blocks on the left and right sides. I don't see them in administer->blocks either.

Also, my administer menu is not as before. For example I can't administer my menu coz there's no link for it my administer menu.

I don't know if this related to that migration of something else, could u give me a clue for what's happened.

I have tried it personally to transfer my IT Experience blog to my drupal subdomain but ugghhh I don't have the password. So, I redirect the ftp address to be another one and I got the index.php file. I imported it successfully into my local drupal following the steps here: http://www.eglug.org/node/1654.

Thanks Alaa, but why the posts doesn't preserve the formating and linking to sites links as the original posts in blogspot??

Another point, when the migratory will try to return back his blogspot to normal by return the Template and hosting, u'll propabily face "004 dk.eos.net.FtpError: Login incorrect". Don't be scared, just check this post to solve it.

مع إنه هيفضل موجود لكن خبرتي في العزال بتقول إن الزوار بيتعلموا بسرعة وبيتجهوا مباشرة للموقع الجديد، وممكن كمان يحدثوا روابطهم للموقع الجديد. في جميع الحالات، ممكن تنشئ تحويل آلي من الموقع القديم إلى الجديد، وماتنسوش تبقوا تقفلوا التعليقات على الموقع القديم علشان ما يبقاش في خطين متوازيين للتعليقات.

روح على settings->publishing و عدل الفورم بالطريقة دي

تحت صفحة settings->archiving عدل الفورم بالشكل ده

كده نبقي خلصنا الاعدادات الأساسية دلوقتي بقي تروح على Template->edit current

هتلاقي الtemplate بتاعك، قصه (cut) و الصقه (paste) في محرر نصوص عادي زي (notepad) و خزن الكلام ده في ملف عندك، مهم جدا تحافظ على النسخة دي لأننا هنحط template تاني دلوقتي.

اـاكد أن معاك النسخة الاحتياطي و أتأكد أنك مسحت كل سطر كان مكتوب فب الفورم، و بعدين اعمل نسخ و لصق للtemplate ده
